Shift+Cmd+J does nothing, the app window remains unchanged.
The keyboard shortcut has been changed to Ctrl+Cmd+F which is the OSX default
fullscreen keyboard shortcut.
Pressing Cmd+1 in a fullscreened Writer document applies the style, so this is
WFM in master 5.3alpha
