Thai UI:
- The functions DAYSINMONTH, DAYSINYEAR, DELTA, DISC, ISLEAPYEAR, MONTHS,
PRICE, WEEKS, WEEKSINYEAR, YEARS, YIELD are translated to Thai (but none of the
other functions). Thai should consistently use English function names instead.
