File created with LO 5.1.4 causing Excel/OSX behave badly

This bug report has emerged from bug 100946 case b).

The attached XLSX file has been created with LO 5.1.4. It has the first column
A marked as frozen for scrolling (i.e. "View > Freeze Rows and Columns").

When that file is opened with Excel 2011 on OSX,
a) the document window cannot be moved around on the desktop
b) the document window be resized horizontally only once to approx. 50% width.
c) the document window *can* freely be resized vertically.

In conclusion, it looks as if there are some obvious incompatibilities between
LO and Excel/OSX regarding "Freeze Rows and Columns".
