LibreOffice 5.0 has reached EOL, and will receive no further updates. The
update checker script has been changed to offer an update to 5.1 release, as it
is about to become the "still" version when 5.2 is released next month.
Therefore what you're seeing is intentional.
There is a minor inconsistency with the download site, which hasn't been
updated accordingly, and still lists 5.0 as "still" and 5.1 as "fresh". Until
the release of 5.2, this is somewhat of a transitional period.
