Hi Alex! Thanks for the exhaustive report.
I could reproduce this in LibreOffice 5.1.4.2 and 5.2.0.3 in Ubuntu 15.10.
As the crash has to do with accessibility events, I had to turn on the screen
reader before triggering it.
Raising severity to critical, as it's a crash.
