Assuming what comment #9 says is true, I think there is really nothing that
could be done here. If you have an .ods document with bad pre-calculated
formula results in it, and LO does not recalculate upon loading, you have to
recalculate manually and re-save the document.
Making LibreOffice always recalculate (removing the option) would probably be
seen as a huge regression, as it would slow down loading of all .ods documents.
Another thing then is whether the AVERAGE function *now* produces incorrect
results. But there is nothing in this bug report that would say so, is there?
