I can confirm your bug with German locale as well ... :( And it gets even
worse, if you try e.g. "####-Fehlermeldung" (the first entry in the Help index
in German): this results in the Welcome page of the wikihelp, but also just
entering "####" in the wiki search leads to the same behaviour ... :(
OS: Debian Testing AMD64
Browsers: conkeror.mozdev.org conkeror 1.0.3 (Debian-1.0.3-1), Opera
38.0.2220.41
and Firefox 49.0a2 (2016-07-24).
