Google is using [bsdiff](https://github.com/mendsley/bsdiff) successfully for
incremental patches on Android
(http://android-developers.blogspot.co.at/2016/07/improvements-for-smaller-app-downloads.html?m=1).
We could use this to provide smaller incremental updates for LibreOffice, too.
