Thanks for your information about option "Load printer settings with the
document". This should work.
The Windows version is 7. The problem can be found in Libre Office version 5.0
and 5.1. The same problem was also found in the latest Open Office version 4.1.
I don't know whether this also occur in earlier version.
I think a timeout routine of waiting printer response will eventually solve the
problem. I guess printer setting might not be loaded by default in other file
format and that is why it does not happen when opening these types of files.
