Bug ID: 101148
Summary: META: Bad Date-Time-Stamps in
bugs.documentfoundation.org dynamic pages
Product: QA Tools
Version: unspecified
Hardware: All
OS: All
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: medium
Component: General
Assignee: [email protected]
Reporter: [email protected]
A buglist.cgi report created via the linked text 'My Bugs' in the front page of
the mentioned site a few minutes ago showed inconsistencies:
1. The date-time of the report was correctly inserted, but put in the
deprecated format of "Wed Jul 27 2016 09:09:38 UTC". Please abolish this bad
format.
2. Most of my bugs were listed with a correct date-only-stamp in ISO 8601
extended format under 'Changed'. The time should be added.
3. The two most recent bugs, reported by me were listed as follows
101137 ... 16:46:15 (without date)
Actually "Reported: 2016-07-26 16:46 UTC by Wolfgang Jäger" (without seconds!)
and not yet modified.
101134 ... 16:20:22 (without date)
Actually "Reported: 2016-07-26 16:20 UTC by Wolfgang Jäger" (without
seconds!)and not yet modified.
3.a The missing dates wrongly suggest the reports were made on the current day
while they were from the day before.
3.b All the dates and times in the same context should be shown in identical
format: Seconds shown or not; Date shown or not. If most recent items should be
emphasised by omitting the date, this must be restricted correctly to the
current day.
Thanks for reading and commenting.
Wolfgang
