That's a fair point, let's have a separate report for Impress.
As I discussed with Alex on IRC, these are needed and missing:
"0) The capacity to read the comment widget
1) The capacity to be informed about the comment exist and it is assigned to an
item (slide, sentence, word, ETC)
2) The capacity to access it via keyboard"
I don't know whether there are established methods for 1) and 2) (for example
in Writer there are many objects that can be added to anywhere on a page, are
those objects accessible?), so I'm not sure what exactly to compare the current
behavior against.
I can definitely reproduce that comments aren't read when jumping between them.
I also can't seem to access the functions that can be performend on a comment
via keyboard, and access the comment itself via keyboard.
Setting to NEW.
