Did you run the .msi package "Run as Administrator"?
Otherwise, we will need an installation log. So, from a command window "Run as
Administrator" issue the command:
msiexec.exe /i LibreOffice_5.1.4.2_Win_x64.msi /L*v install-log5.1.4.2.txt
If still having issues, Zip and then post the log.

Pick up a clean copy of the install package (always good to check the HASH
value of the download against the details pages).
