First my apologies if this is posted inappropriately, but at this stage we are
running out of resources.
soffice.bin is run headless. It is used to generate PDFs from data.
At times of no discernible pattern, the process begins to generate documents as
read only by root. In some cases the docs are not properly created or only
partially created.
If you are prepared to investigate I will pass this conversation over to our
developer team who have introduced various work arounds, but without a
satisfactory result.
