Tried 5 times, using a substantial % of my data quota. Each time, it fails and
I have to restart the download. I also tried to download at a place with fast
WiFi; it stopped short, to all appearances, a complete file; when I tried to
install it, it removed the previous version so I'm without software, but it
aborted because of missing/corrupt parts. Twice at home I had all but the last
few M downloaded (resuming it every ten minutes) and it failed and would not
resume. It seems crazy to have to reinstall everything to do an upgrade.

Actual Results:
This is a complaint and a query as to why this download is not working so that
I can perhaps work around it.
