have you seen that there is already an Venetan dictionary available at
http://extensions.libreoffice.org/extension-center/spelling-dictionary-and-hyphenator-for-the-venetan-language/releases/1.3.6/dict-vec.oxt?
Or is there another reason, why you want to use your own dictionary (btw: you
are not reporting a bug but asking a user question ... ;) I think you should
better use http://ask.libreoffice.org/ for this ... ;)
