Maybe you are using the "Export as pdf" icon, going through Menu/Files/Export
as pdf - [General] - Range - Selection, it does how you want.
Resolved as not a bug, please if you are not agree, reopen it.
(Enable Menu/Tools/Options/LibreOffice/General - Extended tips, and on the icon
the tip shows "Export the current document directly as PDF, no settings dialog
is show")
