Actually, in Linux in Save/Save As dialog there is already an All Formats entry
in the file types selection, which displays file types that can be opened with
the current application, so this report can be classified as a bug.
This might be simple enough to be an easy hack, adding needsDevEval keyword for
a dev to evaluate.
