Downloading and installing an update to Libre Office says that a system restart
is required to complete the installation. This is not an acceptable requirement
on modern computer systems. What's more, the statement does not appear to be
true. After upgrading to 5.1.4.2 (x64), Libre Office appears to work fine
without a system restart. Please stop frightening your users, and please get
real with regards to applications requiring system restarts.
