Sample of Shape Area Striping

Sometime in the 5.2.x versions, Shapes with a solid area background color from
earlier versions of Impress appear as "striped" and detract from readability.
See example. 

Load older Impress slide show.
View slide with a Shape.
Color background has striping affect.

HOWEVER,
If you insert a new shape, the striping does not appear. (But this is
infeasible with larger, complex presentations.)
