Maybe this is a problem with OS locale settings? I don't know, I'm just
throwing an idea from other projects in which the problem "comma vs dot"
persisted and returned for a long time.
What Linux locale settings do You have?
My locale settings is Polish, so the comma is used as decimal separator and dot
as helper. Notice that files
