So a 1-click method to:
- Save & then close each open document
- Keep LibreOffice running

Indeed -- looks like one used to be able to hold down the SHIFT key while
opening the File menu to get "Save all"/"Close all" options in Word, although
there's a different mechanism since the Ribbon came to town (of course!):

Though I'm not sure a *1-click* mechanism makes the most sense here, it sounds
like there's enough general interest to consider some bulk-processing options.
