This is not a bug, it's a feature.
In LO 5.1, the templates view has only three states: unselected(white),
selected(dark grey) and hover(light grey).
In the new template view, we have four states: unselected(white), selected(dark
grey), hover(light grey) and selected + hover (blue).
Note that these colour may change depending on system configuration.
