To prevent any confusion: Unlike the bug 91307, etc., this is not about the
behavior of the "filter popup" (which behaves without problems for me). Rather,
the issue appears/disappears after the popup gets closed using the OK button.
(I missed adding the "... and click OK to confirm" part at the end of the test
steps 2 and 3.)
