How is it not your bug? The dependency should be provided by the PPA, not
Ubuntu.
As per the PPA's description:
"This PPA will have what the Document Foundation calls "LibreOffice fresh", the
latest release of the newest series (but no alpha/beta releases)."
Do correct me if I'm wrong...
