Reproduced in LibO 5.2.0
Additional Information: Using the Dialog "Position and Size" it is possible to
enter correct size - but when reopen, size is extended by 10mm.
Another Point:
Sidebar dimensions should be equal to dimensions in Dialog "Size and Position"
