Reproduced when OpenGL rendering has been disabled. The canvas area to the left
of the vertical axis is rendered with a part of the StarView meta graphic.

Extracting the .svm from the archive and opening into Draw, the same corruption
of that area of the graphic occurs.

Looks to be a filtering issue in handling the .svm

Interestingly, OpenGL rendering when enabled does not have a problem with it.
