Your document is fine, but it is a docx document not an ods document, so change
their extension form ods to docx and it open fine.
Can you run LibreOffice before open the file, disable the extension
VeroptBRV320AOC in Menu/Tools/Extensions, and better report the issue to the
extension developers on the extension site.
