To reproduce
* Open the attached spreadsheet
* Highlight row 2 by clicking in the margin
* Right click to produce the menu in the margin
* Select delete rows

This produces this error for me
multi_type_vector::position#1321: block position not found! (logical
pos=18446744073709551614, block size=8, logical size=1048576)
This is 100% repeatable.
I'm using version 1:5.1.4-0ubuntu1 as packaged by ubuntu on Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS
- running on Linux 4.4.0-31-generic #50-Ubuntu SMP Wed Jul 13 00:07:12 UTC 2016
