On my system (i5 2540M, 8GB, win7) it takes about a minute to open this file.
While it looks like a simple PDF the resulting document is quite large.
It's very hard to take any action on your input. You may expect a few seconds,
better feedback, or less memory consumption. That's not clear from your report.

I close this report as WONTFIX. The slow speed is a known problem but has no
high priority.
