Also note if someone tries to reproduce, this is on Windows server 2008R2
Terminal Servers.
Open GL on off makes no differens.
I cleared my whole roaming profile on terminal server, still no difference
(AppData\Roaming\Libreoffice)
I could se the whole profile was regenerated by the text flashing by in the
libreoffice logo on first startup:
