Did an additional test...
Removed the font madness in Word 2010 - 'just' Calibre or whatever and small
fonts, so that rendering cannot influence the hight of cells and such

is not solved.
Can you please test this yourself maybe and make sure you have the proper fonts
on your computer and open the original file :) ?
