More facts: It seems the problem does not appear in previous pages.
Also when loading the document again, page breaks were different that they were
when I had the problem. The page breaks now look like in attachment 127024 (and
when trying to print directly from the document the print preview matches), but
in print preview the page still looks like attachment 127025.
I also sanitized the document, but that caused a change in page breaks, so I
cannot demonstrate the effect with the sanitized document.
For now I suspect that inside writer some data structures are not refreshed
when the page breaks changed.
