Problem description:
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new spreadsheet
2. Type text that contains an html tag into any cell, for example
<span>test</span>
3. Save the file as a CSV
4. Close the app
5. Open the newly created file
6. The file will not be recognized as a csv, and the spreadsheet will be empty
Current behavior:
CSV files with html tags cannot be opened correctly.
Expected behavior:
The file should work like any other CSV file, and display the raw html tags
correctly.
