Test cases refined:
CASE 1: Save in ODT format. Progress bar appears for save progress and
disappears, correctly honoring the view setting.
CASE 2: Save in MS XLS format. Progress bar appears for save progress and
remains on screen without status data (empty progress area).
CASE 3: Save in generic CSV format (1st save). Progress bar appears for save
progress and remains on screen without status data (empty progress area). Same
result as CASE 2.
CASE 4: Save in generic CSV format (subsequent saves, after status bar
re-hidden). Progress bar appears for save progress, remains on screen and
status data is included.
