Neither normal view, nor "Page Break" view show the text in the cells being cut
off.
Print Preview (File > Print Preview) does however show that the text is cut
off.
In order for the text to print correctly on a single page, I have to tick the
option in Format > Page > Adjust print area in height and width to 1 x 1 pages
