Sorry, this is the navigation behavior of <Up> and <Down> arrow on the
LibreOffice canvas--the <Up> or <Down> does not consider word boundaries.
Use <End> to move to the end of the current line in a paragraph, use <Home> to
move to the start of a line. Use <Ctrl>+<Left/Right> arrow to move word by
word.
<Ctrl>+<Up> or <Ctrl>+<Down> will move between paragraphs.
