I created a 3-column layout on a selection of text with manual column breaks
and different justification in each column (left, center, right). To save time,
I copied and pasted that section. When I paste, the manual column break
formatting is lost, and the text from each column is rendered in waterfall
pattern (as if carriage returns have been entered).
Eg:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. select portion of document to convert into 3 column layout
2. enter text in first column with left justification then insert manual column
break
3. enter text in second column with center justification then insert manual
column break
4. enter text in third column with right justification
5. add some normal paragraph text just below this multi-column layout (so this
text is in normal, single column layout space)
6. copy and paste all of that
7. notice that the 3-column layout for the pasted portion renders with extra
carriage returns and manual column breaks missing
