textboxMargins.docx: varied margins with no border in DOCX format
see bug 84678 for .docx textbox spacing.
Although this bug report is for all of LibreOffice, I've submitted patches that
only apply to .doc files. I don't intend to try to change the default behaviour
of Writer, but am simply trying to address the compatibility issue.
