I can confirm your bug with
OS: Debian Testing AMD64
DE/DM: XFCE 4.12
but back to
OOo: 3.2.0
OOO320m12 (Build:9483)
(parallel installed, following the instructions from
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Installing_in_parallel/Linux)
As this is the earliest version I have installed and with which I can reproduce
your bug, I am setting version to "Inherited From OOo" and status to "NEW".
Interestingly, copying text from Iceweasel / Firefox-esr does not clear the
clipboard ... ;)
