Hi BanuKumar. If I understand your problem correctly you want to use a
different line thickness at the outer border of your table?

If you want to do this, you should select your table and go to the cell
properties menu. In the menu you select the upper border and  chose the style
you wish to apply. If thereafter you click on the other outer borders in the
menu this style will be aplied to each of them.
