Steps:
1) Open LO
2) Tools > Extension Manger
3) Select an extension that has an 'Options' button
4) Click 'Options' button and then cancel the dialog
5) Notice that 'Options' button now has keyboard focus
6) Press up or down until you get to an entry without an 'Options' button
4) Press spacebar
5) Blank options dialog appears
