Bug reproduced.
But.. When "Vorwort" bookmark (and this only) is deleted, Bookmark dialog works
again. Moreover, when deletion is canceled, Bookmark dialog remains editable,
as well as with saved file.
New files work fine with Bookmark dialog.
Unfortunately, I have a hundred of bookmarks with cross references in my
current file, and I can't know where is the problem.
But I can still insert bookmarks with default names "Bookmark N", which is not
good.
