An example of selecting text cursor on touch screen, this screenshot is taken
from Free Download Manager 5.1
Current vsrsion of LibreOffice does not support using a selector to move the
text cursor by touch. This is a very useful behavior for users who use touch
screen devices such as Surface. Recent versions of MS Office has already
implemented.
