No apparent issue with Windows 10 Pro (v1607) 64-bit en-US with
Version: 5.2.1.2 (x64)
Build ID: 31dd62db80d4e60af04904455ec9c9219178d620
CPU Threads: 8; OS Version: Windows 6.19; UI Render: GL;
Locale: en-US (en_US); Calc: group
5 seconds to open, about 25 seconds for a Save (do see a bit of disk activity
where the images on 206 slides go to OS user's %TMP% | %TEMP%) but all seems
normal.
