If a daily build doesn't work on XP, it doesn't mean the release won't. In
particular the @42 tinderbox is using WinSDK 8.1, which can't target XP. But if
the release build will be made with an explicit use of 7.1A SDK it should still
work. As you can see the usage of InetNtopW is still properly ifdef-ed for XP
support:
