UI change button of KSO near the Update button in LO
Hello,
In the following of the discussion of Bug 101249
(https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=101249) I am opening this
bug to know if it's possible to create a button that increases the visibility
of the option to change the Toolbar Layout that will be introduced in 5.3 in
the View --> Toolbar Layout menu.

Is this feasible, considering that a few OSes integrate the Menu bar in the top
bar (Ex. MacOS, Ubuntu)?
