I am organizing bugs that are cross-platform into a main a11y meta bug and
those that are OS specific can stay in their OS specific meta bugs.

Yes i was aware that Orca and other screen readers have mispelt word support
and i was just making suggestions of how it might be able to be fixed, even if
it was temporary until a correct fix was implemented.
