Hide rows 1-12, save and reopen
This seems to be the same issue I just reported, bug 102188.
Attaching a test spreadsheet, hide rows 1-12, save and reopen.
Rows 7-11 will be visible upon reopening.
Reproduced with v5.2.1.2, not reproduced with v5.1.5.2 / Windows 7. =>
