It doesn't replace previous attachment by default, only when you check the
corresponding checkbox below "Obsoletes". No worries, the file is still
accessible, just not shown in the Attachments list.
Could you upload a sample in publisher format as well? Doesn't have to be the
same file, any file is fine that exhibits the bug.
