Problem description:
Steps to reproduce:
1. Insert->Picture->From File...
2. Create caption for the picture with numbering
3. Somewhere in the document Insert->Fields->Other...
4. Select "Cross Reference" tab
5. Select the type in "Type" list
6. Then there is nothing in "Selection" list
